Ariana Grande Keeps Repenting and Issues a Third Apology for Licking All Those Doughnuts

By

Pop singer Ariana Grande both grossed out and infuriated doughnut-loving Americans in July when she—for one reason or another—tongue-bathed a bunch of pastries in Lake Elsinore, CA.

She kind-of-but-not-really apologized not once but twice for her absolutely despicable action, but most sane people with better things to do stopped caring after the first confession. In any case, the plasticine-looking starlet figured she’d apologize a third time, just in case one or two people within the general public were still fuming over #DonutGate.

Grande spoke with Good Morning America about the incident, saying, “my behavior was very offensive and I apologized.” She continued: “There’s no excuse, or there’s nothing to justify it. I think as human beings, we all say and do things that we don’t mean at all sometimes.”

Perhaps realizing that instant the importance of not acting like an all-time doof, she then said, “you have to remember your words, your actions have ramifications, and you have to really think about what you’re about to say and do, because it’s important.” It’s powerful to see a person grow as a human being right in front of your eyes, even if that evolution should’ve happened in pre-school.
