Take a Peek at Momofuku Noodle Bar's Throwback Menu

By

Get excited, Momofuku fans: From August 18 to 24, Momofuku Noodle Bar will be serving a throwback menu featuring dishes selected from its archives over the past decade, as well as a Milk Bar Lucky Peaches n’ Cream Cookie created in celebration of its 10-year anniversary.

Noodle Bar head chef alumni selected some of their personal favorite dishes from the past to include on the throwback menu. Tony Kim, co-chef de cuisine of Noodle Bar, tells First We Feast,

“These were all dishes that in some way, shape, or form evoked in many of us a strong sense of nostalgia or memory of something delicious that we ate when we first discovered Momofuku. This was just an excuse for us to eat them all again.”

We’re way too excited to feast on some throwback kimchi stew and pig tails.

To further celebrate Momofuku’s decade in the East Village, the team created limited-edition 10 year merchandise with some of their friends and family.

The below items—including a tote covered in peaches and a ramen shirt—will be available at Momofuku Noodle Bar from August 18–24 during service. The limited-edition merch will also be available for purchase online beginning August 18.
