Cutting an entire watermelon is no joke. The enormous fruit comes encased in a tough rind that requires some pretty solid knife skills and arm strength to slice through— especially if you’re trying to keep your limbs intact. With backyard (or rooftop for all us city folk) BBQ season on the horizon, there’ll be a lot of watermelon slicing and dicing in the near future. Pro party tip: Hire the guy in the video who can simultaneously rock a hair net and break down an entire watermelon in 21 seconds flat.
