As part of its Envision Series, Ray Ban followed chef extraordinaire Action Bronson from the kitchen to the stage during this year’s Bushwick Block Party in Brooklyn. In part one of the two-video series, Action shares how he made a career out of his two passions: cooking and music.
Bronsolini also shares what it was like growing up eating in the ethnically diverse borough of Queens. He then divulges the recipe for his cumin and coriander-spiced lamb burger. “This is one of my favorite things to eat. It reminds me of my homeland; it reminds me of my grandmother,” says Bronson (his father is an Albanian immigrant).
